FAQ

Your Booking

Arrivals are from 3 pm to 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair reception. Departures are after the inventory inspection between 8 am and 10 am.

• A deposit (not debited) will be requested on arrival at the campsite by bank transfer. It will be requested before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done correctly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay it on arrival.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you need to inform the campsite at your arrival. In this case, a supplementory charge has to be paid at the campsite.

Other information :

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. Your dog has to be on a lead at all times. 6€/day.
• For safety and comfort reasons, the main entrance gate is closed every night from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am.
• Wearing a wristband is compulsory for the duration of your stay.
• In the aquatic area, as stipulated in the rules, shorts and Bermuda shorts are forbidden.
• Visitors are not allowed on the campsite.

• Tourist tax adults : €0.66 / day / pers.

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €200 Deposit
• Tourist tax/ pers. : €0.43 / day / pers.
