FAQ

Your arrival/departure from the campsite-village

When you arrive, please go directly to the campsite reception.

Arrivals are from 16:00 to 19:00. Departures are from 08:00 to 10:00.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Local and/or ecological taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are applicable in almost all tourist destinations and must be paid when you check in online or when you check in on arrival.
• Only one car is allowed on all our campsites. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).
• For ecological reasons, in all our air-conditioned accommodation, you will have an 8-hour daily use card. For longer periods, you can buy refills at the campsite reception.

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed on our campsites.
