FAQ

Checking in and out at the campsite

Please head directly to the campsite reception on arrival.

Check-in is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., and check-out is from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

• A security deposit must be paid in euros at check-in before you can receive your keys. It will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided your accommodation has been properly cleaned and is returned in perfect condition.
• A tourist tax is charged at almost all tourist sites, payable upon arrival. This tax is to be paid directly to our Homair Vacances representative or at the campsite reception.
• Only one car is allowed per pitch. A parking space is provided on-site but it may not be at your pitch.
• For ecological reasons, in all our air-conditioned accommodation, you will have a card for 8 hours' use per day. Beyond that, you can buy refills at the campsite reception.
