FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the camping village

• Arrivals are between 16:00 and 19:00. On arrival, please go to the campsite reception for the initial formalities. Departures are after inventory from 8:00 to 10:00.
   
• A security deposit will be requested upon arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros, before the keys to your accommodation are handed over and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the accommodation has been cleaned properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
   
• Local and/or environmental taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are applicable in almost all tourist destinations and must be paid when you check in online or when you check in on arrival.
• Vehicles : only one car is permitted per pitch on all our campsites (with the exception of our pedestrian campsites).
   
• Motorcycles are allowed on the campsite, but may not be parked on the pitch.

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget their vaccination certificate and ID tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted on our campsites.
