FAQ

Your Booking

Check-in is between 4 PM and 7 PM. Upon arrival, please go to the campsite reception for the initial formalities. Check-out is between 8 AM and 10 AM, after an inventory.

• A security deposit will be required upon arrival at the campsite. It must be paid in euros before the keys to your accommodation are handed over and will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided that the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home is returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Car : On this campsite, up to two vehicles are allowed per accommodation. A parking space is provided for each vehicle within the campsite (it may not be directly on your pitch).
• Magnetic card : A deposit can be asked on arrival for a magnetic card which allows you to leave and enter the campsite. In this case a fee has to be paid in € on your arrival.

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don’t forget your dog's vaccination record and tag with your address. Keeping them on a leash is mandatory. The dog supplement varies depending on the dates.
