FAQ

Some of our accommodation is located in an area slightly away from the campsite village, the entertainment and/or the heart of life. 

Your arrival/departure from the campsite village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception desk.
Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay it when you make your reservation.
• Only one car is allowed on any of our campsites. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself).
• In order to facilitate your arrival and to respect a contactless reception, you will have to pre-register on line, you will receive the link directly on your voucher. Your Homair reference will be used to identify you.

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead.
