FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the camping village

Arrivals are between 4pm and 7pm. On arrival, please go to the ‘Al Fresco’ reception, Homair Vacances' partner at this campsite. Departures are after inventory between 8am and 10am.

• A security deposit will be requested upon arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the accommodation has been cleaned properly and the mobile home is in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• Local and/or environmental taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are applicable in almost all tourist destinations and must be paid when you register online or check in on arrival.
• Vehicles: only one car is allowed on all our campsites (with the exception of our pedestrian campsites).
• Please note that for safety reasons, motorcycles are not allowed to park near the mobile homes at this camping village. A car park is provided for this purpose at the entrance, near the reception.

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Dogs classified as category 1 or 2 are not allowed on our campsites.
