FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. When you arrive, please go to the campsite reception for the 1st formalities. Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay it on arrival. Tourist tax is payable from the age of 18.
• Only one car is allowed on any of our campsites.
• Dogs: Dogs are allowed up to a limit of one per accommodation. A supplement will be payable on site. Don't forget your dog's up-to-date vaccination certificate, as well as its tag with your phone number. Dogs must be kept on a lead. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not accepted on any of our campsites.
• Visitors: Visitors are not permitted on the campsite.
