FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the camping village

Arrivals are between 4pm and 7pm. On arrival, please go directly to the Roan reception, our partner at this camping village.
Departures are after inventory between 8am and 10am.
 

• A security deposit will be requested upon arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the accommodation has been cleaned properly and the mobile home is in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is charged at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay this when you book online.
• Only one car is allowed on all of our campsites. One parking space is provided per accommodation within the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch).

At the campsite, forget about cash! Your payments are simplified: your pool wristband is also your electronic wallet, which can be topped up at reception and refunded at the end of your stay.
