FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go directly to the Homair Vacances reception desk.

Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Local and/or ecological taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are applicable in almost all tourist destinations and must be paid when you check in online or when you check in on arrival.
• Vehicle: on all our campsites, only one car is allowed (except on our pedestrian campsites). Additional cars are subject to a charge and must be parked in the car park.
   
• Please note In order to prepare your access and as part of the security policy implemented by the campsite, we would be grateful if you could provide your registration number when you make your reservation. An optical number plate reader is installed at the entrance to the site and if you do not provide this information before your arrival, you will be refused access to the campsite.

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and its tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed on our campsites. Reminder: from 13 July to 23 August, pets are strictly prohibited.
• Barbecues: Gas barbecues are permitted. For communal barbecues, remember to bring your own grill.
• PRM access: adapted sanitary facilities (shower and toilet)

Additional costs

• Ecological contribution per day/per person only for the over 2 years old : €0.3 / day / pers.
• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €150 Deposit
