FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the camping village

Arrivals are between 3pm and 7pm. On arrival, please go directly to the campsite reception.

Departures are after the inventory between 8am and 10am.

• A security deposit will be requested upon arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you receive the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the accommodation has been cleaned properly and the mobile home is in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• Local and/or environmental taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are applicable in almost all tourist destinations and must be paid when you register online or check in on arrival.
• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One parking space is provided per accommodation within the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch).

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Dogs classified as category 1 or 2 are not allowed on our campsites.
