FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the camping village

Arrivals are between 4pm and 7pm. On arrival, please report to the Homair Vacances reception. Departures are after the inventory check between 8am and 10am.

• A security deposit will be requested upon arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros, by cheque or credit card before the keys to your accommodation are handed over and will be closed or destroyed 48 hours after the end of your stay if the accommodation has been cleaned properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is charged in almost all tourist areas. You will therefore need to pay this when you book online or at the campsite reception.
• Only one car is allowed on all our campsites. One parking space is provided per accommodation within the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch).

Your stay on site

• Barbecues and electric griddles are not permitted.
