FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the camping village

Follow the signs: ‘Club Del Sole’. Arrivals are between 16:00 and 19:00. On arrival, go directly to the Al Fresco reception, our partner at this campsite. Departures are after inventory from 8:00 to 10:00.

Please bring your exchange voucher, which contains the campsite's contact details and directions. Don't forget to pay your tourist taxes, leave the deposits and take the inventory using the form provided by our reception teams. We remind you that the capacity of the rented product must be respected, otherwise it may not be accepted.

• A security deposit will be requested upon arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros, before the keys to your accommodation are handed over and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done correctly and the mobile home has been returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Local and/or environmental taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are applicable in almost all tourist destinations and must be paid when you check in online or when you check in on arrival.
• Only one car is permitted on all of our campsites (with the exception of our pedestrian campsites). Please note that, for safety reasons, motorbikes are not permitted to park near the mobile homes on this camping village. A car park is provided for this purpose at the entrance, near the Reception.
• Although you can cross the borders of France's neighbouring countries without showing your papers, checks may be carried out (for example, police checks). Each traveller must therefore carry a valid identity card or passport. Driving licences are not accepted as proof of identity.

Your stay on site

• Dogs : Don't forget to bring their vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed on our campsites. They are not allowed in the playground, swimming pool, toilets, restaurant or supermarket. Only small and medium-sized dogs are allowed.
• On site, make all your payments using an electronic bracelet, the new means of payment. Information on site only.
• Access for persons with reduced mobility: Adapted sanitary facilities (toilets and shower)
