FAQ

Your Booking

Arrivals are from 4 pm to 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the reception. Departures are until 10 am.

• Booking fees: 10€ incl. tax or 25€ incl. tax depending on the payment method used.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• The deposit is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you 48 hours after your stay if the housework has been done properly.
• Cars: only one car is permitted per pitch. If there is an extra car, it must be parked outside the campsite.
• Reception hours: Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Sunday: 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 2 p.m.-7 p.m., Friday: 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 2 p.m.-7:30 p.m., Saturday: 9 a.m.-7:30 p.m.

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your name and phone number. Dogs must be kept on a lead. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed on the campsite. Only 1 dog per accommodation, in the Classic and Comfort ranges only. 6/day.
