FAQ

Your Booking

Arrivals are from 4 pm to 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the reception. Departures are after the inventory inspection between 8 am and 10 am.

• Booking fees: 10€ incl. tax or 25€ incl. tax depending on the payment method used.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch).
• Additional vehicles must be parked in the campsite car park. Parking is charged at €30 for 24 hours (€15 for the morning and €15 for the afternoon). Payment is by credit card at the car park barrier.
• Campsite pass: an ID photo will be requested on arrival at the campsite for each participant of the stay, to produce a camping pass and proceed to check-in. A photo booth is available on site at a charge.
