FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the camping village

Upon arrival, please go directly to reception. Arrivals are between 4pm and 7pm. Departures are between 8am and 10am.

• A security deposit will be requested upon arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the accommodation has been cleaned properly and the mobile home is in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is charged at almost all tourist sites.
• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One parking space is provided per accommodation within the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you must inform the campsite on arrival.

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a leash.

Additional costs

• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : Deposit
• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
