FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 pm and 7 pm. On arrival, please go to the campsite reception for the 1st formalities. Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Local and/or environmental taxes are not included in the price of the stay. They must be paid directly on site upon your arrival at the campsite.
• Vehicle: on all our campsites, only one car is permitted (with the exception of our pedestrian campsites).

Your stay on site

• Dogs : Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed on our campsites.

Additional costs

• Tourist tax : / day / pers.
• Security deposit (mobile home and cleaning charges) : €150
