FAQ

Your Booking

Arrivals are from 4 pm to 8 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the reception. Departures are between 7 am and 10 am. The key to your mobile home should be left in the letterbox near the reception.

• You will be asked to pay a deposit on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the housework has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). If you arrive with two cars, you need to inform the campsite at your arrival. In this case, a supplementory charge has to be paid at the campsite. Important: In order to prepare your access to the campsite, we thank you to communicate your license plate to our callcenter. If this information is not transmitted before your arrival, the access to the campsite will be refused to you.
• Even if you can cross the borders of most European countries without having to show your identity papers, you may be subject to checks (police checks in the country, for example). Each person on your trip must therefore carry a valid national identity card (NIC) or a valid passport to prove your identity. Driving licences and family record books are not accepted as proof of identity.

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. Your dog has to be on a lead at all times.
