FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the camping village

Arrivals are between 16:00 and 19:00. On arrival, please go to the campsite reception for the initial formalities. Departures are after inventory from 8:00 to 10:00.

• A security deposit will be requested on arrival at the campsite. This is payable in euros, before you are given the keys to your accommodation, and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the accommodation has been cleaned properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, with the inventory checked.
• Local and/or ecological taxes are not included in the price of your stay. These taxes are applicable in almost all tourist destinations and must be paid when you check in online or check in on arrival.
• Vehicle: only one car is permitted per pitch at all our campsites (with the exception of our pedestrian campsites).
• Magnetic card: A deposit is required to open and close the barrier using a magnetic card. This is payable in euros on arrival and is refundable on departure.

Your stay on site

• Dogs : Don't forget their vaccination certificate and identification tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed on our campsites.
