FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite-village

Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. On arrival, please go to the campsite reception for the 1st formalities. Departures are after inventory from 8 am to 10 am.

• A deposit will be required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the cleaning has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
• Tourist tax is levied at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay it when you book online.
• Only one car is allowed on any of our campsites.

Your stay on site

• Dogs: Don't forget your dog's vaccination certificate and tag with your address. Dogs must be kept on a lead.
• The water in the accommodation may be used for showering, washing up and rinsing fruit and vegetables, but may not be used for drinking.
  A bottle of water will be given to you on arrival, and a drinking water fountain is available on the campsite for filling your containers (water bottles, etc.).
