FAQ

Your Booking

Arrivals are from 4 pm to 7 pm. On arrival, please go directly to the campsite reception. Departures are after the inventory inspection between 8 am and 10 am.

• A security deposit will be requested upon arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros, before the keys to your accommodation are handed over, and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if the accommodation has been cleaned properly and the mobile home has been returned in perfect condition, with an approved inventory.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• Cars: On all of our campsites, only one car is permitted. One parking space per accomodation is provided inside the campsite (not necesserely in your own accomadation pitch). Motorbikes are permitted on the campsite.

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. Your dog has to be on a lead at all times.

Additional costs

• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
